Did not show up, did not reply to my communication, stayed in all day even cancelling an opticians appointment. Still left with the gap in the roof and as a result British Gas won't do my boiler replacement. What is it with UK tradespersons that won't even to small jobs for decent money.

Michael went over and beyond to try and fix our boiler, but it was just not to be. Within 2 days, the new boiler fitted at the cost agreed. Would highly recommend.
