Slate & Tiled Roof
Dont use this man. He told me he had re-felted a dormer roof, when it was leaking 6 months later he tried to deny responsibility. When faced with photo evidence he accepted responsibility said he would sort it out then no further communication. A total con man!
Chimney Building / Repair
Paul arrived exactly on time to effect a roof and flashing repair and to cap a chimney for us. He completed the job in good time and charged the lower end of the quote range. No leaks so far! Very happy with his work to the extent that we have engaged him in further building work.

I have been trying for a number of weeks to get this builder to return to our property to try an alternative method to repair our leaking roof. The initial repair attempt (mastic around the flashing!) unsurprisingly failed to stop the leak and he has since repeatedly ignored our emails, phone calls and text messages. This builder is unprofessional and should not be employed.

Good job done, however I will have to wait until we have driving rain to see if it has cured the leak. Rather expensive for 2.5 hours work. No bill given so no breakdown of costs

Paul provided an excellent service and replaced or rebutted our roof ridge tiles plus renewed valleys and altogether reproofed our roof. The work looks first class and the value of the work was very reasonable. Paul and his brother are very skilled and pleasant builders and it is a pleasure to have been their customer.
