Our Services:

1. Dry lining

If you’re looking for a dry lining contractor in the area of London, Kent, or Essex, you don’t need to look any farther than us. We have over 8 years of experience installing lightweight cold rolled steel structures, metal frame partitioning, and suspended plasterboard and gridded ceilings systems. We recognize these complex finishes need to be installed carefully so that your project is completed to the superior standard you deserve. Our team of installers and managers ensures our clients’ peace of mind. Everybody we work for can rest assured that we’re able to carry out any dry lining project as instructed.

2. Plastering / Tape and jointing

QI Building Solutions offers plastering/tape and jointing services for commercial and residential projects. Our efficient, professional team ensures a finish of exceptionally high standards irrespective of the complexity of the work.
As some dust can be created as you sand down in the process of tape and jointing, we utilize dust extractors to keep that down to a minimum. It is fitted to a drywall sander and makes sure the work environment will remain pleasant and risk-free. We also offer great rates and work with the highest-quality materials, such as Knauf and British Gypsum. Of course, our clients are more than welcome to choose the materials and manufacturer – we are happy to work with your selected brand!

3. Tiling

With over a decade of experience, QI Building Solutions has a spotless reputation (to quote the great Shakespeare) in this field. The reason is because we deliver superior work, incorporating everything from offices and small retail sites to complicated residential buildings. Qualifications

Our team carry the necessary City and Guilds/NVQ qualifications to carry out their jobs. Our qualified supervisors have passed SSSTS training.
