Very disappointed with works. Installed new towel heater too close to door frame (after both myself & my husband stating this), meaning door could not be opened. Towel rail leaking x2 & only returned once to ‘fix’ but did not come back second time. Hung door opposite way & would not close properly. Appears to have fitted bath & sink unit reasonably. Unfortunately would not recommend.

I called round on 29th of September after sending a text to your husband to let him know. There was no one home. As for the radiator issue it was not a major issue at the time you advised that you knew a joiner who would reverse the door. If you had an issue with the work completed I would have been happy to resolve them and you could have contacted me.

The message my husband received on the 29th said ‘I will try get round today sum time’. He was home until 11 when he took the baby out for his walk. I expressed my disdain regarding your mistake with regard to the poor placement of the radiator at the time and opted to pay for a joiner to fit the door properly. You made no further effort to contact/call either myself or my husband regarding this issue therefore we have decided to employ someone else to complete the job.
