We were stuck in very stressful, difficult situation and Russel was the only builder interested in building our extension. (Either the Job was to small for others or they were only interested in doing it if they could cut corners.) I will always be grateful for his hard world, kindness, and patience.

came out on 27th dec within a few hours to carry out inspection and temporary repairs to a roof leak I had, came round following day to fix it permanently. I cannot praise Russell enough, very efficient, polite, very reasonable charges, pride in his work, willingness to attend straight away even though in xmas week. a credit to his trade and the old fashioned values of the british tradesman so rarely seen nowadays, thanks russell

Pointing / Repointing
Russell came round and explained exactly what he would be able to do and how long it would take. The quote followed very quickly. Within a week he was doing the job and it looks great.
