Wooden Sash Window
I would not recommend you use Richard. The initial consultation was good and the process agreed for the work was fair. However, Richard did not turn up on the day. I tried to call and there was no response. I later found out there had been a family death, so we renegotiated a date for the work to commence only to experience the same situation; a no show. This time there was no call, as to why he didn’t show. Richard demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Stay well clear!

Wooden Sash Window
I must have had around six other quotes for my Victorian sash windows, but not only was Richard very competitive, he was also by far the most knowledgeable and interested in the job and keen to help with our "project". When it came to the job, he talked us through exactly what he was doing, went above and beyond to make sure it was a top job, and was genuinely concerned to make sure I was happy. He's now making us a radiator cover - our first bespoke piece of furniture!

I would not hesitate to recommend Richard. He draught-proofed sash windows at my home that were in dire need of maintenance. His quote was extremely competitive and delivered promptly. Richard was reliable, pleasant and accommodating from start to finish and completed the work to a high standard. He takes the time to talk you through the process at every stage. I was specially impressed by how neat he left my home every day. The windows look wonderful and the draught-proofing has been very successful.

Wooden Sash Window
Richard and Mark did a fantastic job on replacing and repairing/refurbishing a number of original sash windows on our Victorian house. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and they went the extra mile performing additional jobs beyond the original scope for no extra cost. They arrived on time every morning and cleaned up after themselves. Overall I'm very happy to have found this tradesman and will be using him on other carpentry work in the future.

Richard and Mark did a fabulous job of restoring and painting my timber sash windows. It was a difficult job as many of them were in a poor state and I live on the second floor. They have done a beautiful job. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They are polite, punctual, reliable, and good humoured.
