Our primary focus is to study and fully understand our space, allowing us to create a layout that will ensure our design project will be functional and meaningful. Meet the Founders: Roy Deadman Founder Head of Sales, Marketing and Project Management Roy has worked for many years managing large projects, teams and major clients across the manufacturing sector. His passion for property development and refurbishment started at 18 years old when he bought his first property project. After 25 years managing many property refurbishments he is now using these skills to support our clients projects to help bring their vision to reality. Michael Gmaj Founder Head of Operations Worked in the building industry for 30 years, going through an apprenticeships process. Michael is multi-disciplined across many areas of constructions with a special passion for joinery.
