Update. Less than a year later hot water cylinder stopped working. Nick doesn't return call nor text nor emails. On top of that he never sent any supporting documents as it was promised, so I now I have difficulties claiming a warranty. Shady. Stay away.

Gas Boiler - Installation
Cancelled the boiler replacement job 12 hours before commencement. Nick said he had sprained his ankle, but did not offer to complete after recovering, and cancelled altogether. Disappointing.
