John did a great job and from beginning to end was professional, tidy, friendly and happy to answer any questions. Very pleased to have used him to restore 5 sash windows and would recommend him. John refurbished 3 of our sash windows and made de draught proof, including some reglazing and adjustments of the weights, and installing locks. We are very happy with the results, both in terms of looks and functionality. John was very fast and reliable and responsive to our requirements and cleaner up after himself.
