Initially contacted by Vilhelm on a Friday regarding a small garden job. He advised he would contact me Friday evening to let me know if he'd be able to view the job on Saturday for a quote. No contact, but called Saturday morning & arranged home visit for the same morning. Vilhelm advised he would contact me to arrange to do the job, took my mobile number & I haven't heard from since... Wouldn't expect a professional to behave in such a manner, but I can see from his reviews, he's done this before...
