After 12 months both jobs began to leak again. He gave a 10 year guarantee but despite emails, texts, and many telephone messages and a few conversations he failed to show any interest in returning to fix the problem. I will not be using him again.

Turned up on time, explained all the work required as per the initial kid description. Unfortunately I noticed more leaks and Raymond gave a reasonable quote for all repairs. Was able to do the job there and then and showed me via photos the before and after. have rated quality 5 from what I have seen, will comeback to that as will need for it to rain to ensure there are no leaks. I'm sure there won't be as he was very confident that the repairs he was making would be all that's required.
