Had to have Bob back twice to fix 2 dripping toilets. First time he put wrong type of new stop cock on one of them, the other one started dripping again and now says I need another part for extra £70. Big song and dance made about not giving him cash, asked me to go to a cash point (not convenient as got small baby). Quite rude to me via text message when trying to rearrange to come over to sort out ongoing dripping after his second visit

Had to remove an existing bath and replace with a new one. His sealant skills were not good. He damaged the wall as he took out the bath, and the flooring was left with a bump in it, plus he pestered about when and how he would get paid.

  I have changed my rating because the morning after he completed the changing the bath work, the water softener in the kitchen which he moved looking for the stopcock, overflowed! I also thought his answer to my previous comments were poor.

  i see i am now to blame for the water softener overflowing am i ! anything else you want to blame me for , like the fact you have not got a internal stop cock also you had a leaking gate valve under the kitchen sink which i repaired free of charge
