Nice guy. Very enthusiastic about doing a good job etc. Keen to show me the types of materials used. Not everything he suggested was to our taste, but he was flexible and helpful. After an initial unchartered delay to starting the work, he got on with it and the gate has lasted the day and night (!). Appears robustly made. Would consider using him in the future.
