Tommy turned up on time. Work was a bit sloppy after fixing the new tap it continued to drip I was told in these sort of taps it takes a bit longer for water to disperse. After he had gone the tap continually dripped as before i messaged tommy about this and he didn’t have the decency to reply.

All work was carried out in a professional manor. Unfortunately the customer bought a very cheap tap. I cannot be held accountable for a new tap dripping this is down to the manufacturer. I also installed an outside tap and all of the work was completed as it should be at a very fair price. As for not returning the customers call this was down to the customer being a very rude individual so sadly I felt I had to stop all communication with the customer.
