Joseph was very responsive and polite when communicating on the phone about a rotting door sill job. He made time to come around promptly and h as d a very kind manner, without adding any pressure to the hire. We didn't end up hiring him in the end but this was only due to the fact that the solution we were after wasn't something he could offer as it was more of a niche carpentry job. However he came up with a good solution which avoided carpentry and would have been good option.
