Good morning . This is a lie, as the work was signed 2 weeks agoand it was finished. the installation is sheduled for monday. it has been confirmed that is not a single days delay. we tried to do it faster, but unfortunalety before easter, we were unable to do it. i have screenshot for convercations and i have send photos for his shelves, bespoke shelves and cabinet just cost 700 pounds. im received deposit with card payment, we have contract with timing

Do not use! He took 50% deposit upfront with a two-week lead time and has not been seen since. The guy is a disabled one-man band that claims to have a factory with staff. It's all lies! Do not pay him any deposit. I am now going to use all avenues to report this dishonest business.

I have since received evidence of him doing the same to other customers. There is a group of us at the moment that he has taken deposits from without delivering any goods and we are taking action against this dishonest business. He opened a case at the small claims court for unpaid monies, despite the ordered goods and deposit money still in his possession. Trading Standards have been informed already.
