Same as other ratings - Only came twice then Patrick didn't show up and we couldn't get a hold of him again. Very unprofessional.

Okay, after coming twice and doing a good job - although, walking through the house with shoes on on a wet day shows a dearth of common sense - Patrick has simply failed to turn up nor communicate with us. Really disappointing
