Barry of Sterling has proven to be very efficient and reliable. It is evident that the works that Sterling have undertaken so far have been done with care and attention to ensure they are in-keeping with the age of the building. The cost may not have been the cheapest, but the results are worth the money.

While the work has been excellent Sterling Construction have left a job half finished for over seven months. Their reliability leaves a lot to be desired which is a shame considering the first job they completed was carried out so well.

The modifications were finished to v high standard & remained within budget Very happy with the end result, quality of workmanship & service, & Barry is an awfully nice fella to boot - Thank you

It was a pleasure dealing with Barry from Sterling Constructions. He was able to recommend the best course of action after a site inspection, and then carried the work out quickly and to a very high standard. They were very professional. The job was small compared to what they normally do, but this was no problem for them and were able to fit it in. I would highly recommend them.
