Domestic House Cleaning: One Off
Unfortunately the lady that was sent to clean for me was not very good. Then one morning she just never appeared, and I never heard from her again, despite contacting her directly. When I contacted Joan (the owner I think), no apology was offered and although she said she would find someone else and get back to me, guess what, I never heard from her again either. I thought they wanted my business; my mistake. Will not be recommending them to anyone.

You had a clean in March 2013, yet wait nearly 05 months to pass comments. At no point were we told that the cleaner wasn't very good. An apology was given, due to the cleaner not turning up. As at typing this we are still waiting for you to get back to us to book your next clean, even though we have left you several messages.

Given the cleaner only came a few times, I was waiting to see how she got on, and was going to talk to her directly about the standard. Thought I'd give her a chance. Regarding those messages you say you left, there must be some confusion as I have not received a single one. So as far as I was aware, I was waiting for you to get back to me as you said you would. Comments left at 5 months would have been the same as at 1 month after waiting to hear from you.

If you would like to call us or us to call you then please let us know. If you were unhappy with the first clean then you should of contacted us right away. First impressions count. If someone isn't happy with our work we guarantee to rectify it or refund them. As at today we still haven't heard from that particular cleaner.
