Tom did a great job, helped us make some good decisions on design and came up with the sketches for our job as well. Top notch to deal with, accurate information all the time and very reliable. On our list to use again for anything that comes up. Good price, no nonsense approach and professional with it. Really can't fault the service.
Garden Office / Studio Construction
Arranged for a site visit and he didn't turn up at all. No message or hone call why. Was waiting around for ages to be left in the lurch. Very poor.
Slate & Tiled Roof
Very impressed with commitment to time and regular photo updates and communication. Kept to quotes and discussed any changes in advance. When he said he would be there he was. Won't know if the leak is fixed till we get a storm. Would definitely use Tom again and recommend him to others. I haven't done that with many builders.
Plaster Skimming
Excellent service we highly recommend Tom Ashcroft totally professional and reliable. Comes when he said he would to carry out work. The work carried out was done to a really good standard and to budget which was a great help. Communication was excellent which is important. Very clean and tidy.
