We had a leak from the shower in our ensuite that ruined the living room ceiling below. Not only was the quote for the work given speedily, but it was also well priced compared to other quotes. The work (take down part of the ceiling, put up new boarding, replaster and then repaint the entire ceiling) has been completed quickly, efficiently, cleanly and to a very high standard. Company owner Tim is friendly and helpful, and his team know their stuff! Thank you very much, TCSM Builders. We are very happy.
Garage Conversion
We had an ongoing issue of serious water ingress into our garage which had caused floor and wall damage. Several contractors had been to investigate it but could not identify or resolve the problem. On contacting Tim and Scott they identified the root cause within 5 minutes of their site visit and a solution. They are genuinely enthusiastic about their work. Their approach to problem solving is refreshing and shows the ability to 'think outside the box'. They definitely go the extra mile! Highly recommend.
