have waited since July to finish off grouting not done originally. Made numerous arrangements to be here for the work to be completed and tiler just never shows up. very frustrating

You've got a short memory after all the extra time spent in your flat with all the off square tiles , back and forward then you break a tile which I come to repair, at no extra cost. Going to the tile supplier about your tiles, complain about the quality of tiles plus having been back to finish and according to you a great job going with your first rating then threating me with a bad review if I don't come back and do what you want.

If you can tell me where i have put something unfair or untrue: You returned to finish of grouting that was missed; tiles that had become lose, broke away and had a hole in because they weren't fully grouted, but was never finished.Since July you have made numerous agreements to return to return to finish the work that should of been completed the first time, including this weekend which you assured me you would be here a 1pm, correct?

Tiles were replaced on your opinion of natural slate tiles were squint. I now know this is not to be the case and the first batch were completely fine. Once informed on how to lay them they were laid if not quite level. When have i threatened you? i wanted to give you a good rating, this is now October i will have to complete the job myself.
