Agreed for the work to be carried out by 7pm on Friday 29/05. Recieved a call within an hour cancelling the appointment. They company said that they would then have a plumber with me at 9am the next morning.. They still hadn't arrived by 10am. I called the company and cancelled the booking. At roughly 3pm their plumber arrived to be kicked out when he quoted me £ 375 to install 2 taps. As I kicked him out 2 real local plumbers arrived and did the job in 30 mins for £110. Don't use this mob. POOR SERVICE

I would rate 0. Disappointing experience with The Local Plumbers lack of clarity around their inspection charges. On top they are name differently here. I was advised the inspection rate was £62 for 30 minutes plus VAT. The inspection lasted around 20 minutes, yet I was charged a minimum one-hour fee of £125 plus VAT (£150 total). My concern is that the minimum charge was not clearly explained beforehand. Clear pricing should be communicated upfront so customers can make informed decisions.
