William done a great job I am very happy with the rendering job he has done, I highly recommend him.

William done a great job i am very happy with the rendering job. however paid him more than 50% of the labour cost prior to him finishing the entire job, then when he actually finished he was hounding me for the last payment and became aggressive, it wasn’t even 4 hours since he had finished the job, he kept on calling and messaging me also threatened to come back to the property for the money at 10pm which made the mrs scared. I find this very unprofessional and I will not use him ever again

I cannot comment on the quality of work as the trader made initial contact, agreed a time to visit the property to quote and then subsequently never showed up or made contact again. This behaviour, I have found, is a common occurrence in the trades but it shouldn’t be so I think it’s important to call it out to ensure other people looking for reputable tradespeople don’t waste their time.
