Even through the horrendous weather, which stopped works, I was kept in contact with updates. Hopeful that the areas causing the leaks are now resolved and looking forward to the stonework drying out so that I can get decorating!

work carried out satisfactory and cleanly but wont know long term resolution for a while. tradesman had to re-arrange appoitment twice due to other work hence the reliability rating.

Unfortunately,in the roofing industry, most work is weather permitting so if we get any sort of bad weather it can cause us to run a day or two behind. Customer was contacted and kept up to date with new arrangement.
