We have tried to contact this customer to resolve the issue they have however Mr mcdonald constantly terminated my calls in all the 42 years of trading I've never met anyone as rude and unappreciated as this customer we carried out a 1st class job only to be insulted and ridiculed unfortunately you can't please everyone hope my future customers will read my 1st class reviews and realise this customers issues are nothing to do with our work

I had a discussion with Tony about my view of this job. We disagree. It was far from the first class job he thinks he did. The tv was connected to a new satellite dish. The general workmanship was poor and, the price was well over the £250 ceiling I was expecting.
