There was a problem with getting an even colour on the refinished floor. Apparently two types of sanders are needed for the perimeter of the room and the middle. The perimeter took the stain more and this wasn't taken into account so the floor had to be re-stained darker to make the colour difference less noticeable. Also, the final finish scratches easily.

There wasn't a problem with the color of the floor Phillip..When the job was done and completed you came and look over the job and passed it and pay for it...it was your client who didn't like the color,which you picked and approved,so she wanted it darker??..which i did for her..so get your facts right before you write rubbish on here....
