I viewed Rated People.com on the Sunday evening submitting details of the work which needed doing. Olaf made contact on Monday morning, we discussed the details of the work. It was arranged he would carry out the work on Wednesday arriving at 11.00. He arrived on time and carried out the task in a professional manner. Very pleasing to have the necessary working again. Another aspect he offered advice on possible updates, explaining the cost this would incur was appreciated. Yes I would use Urban Electrics again
