Kenny from Westfarm came out to see the job (replacement lounge window to a bay & a door canopy) & to discuss the price. After a few minutes Kenny gave a price & an approx idea of when work could be done. No hard sale techniques, no quibble over the price just a straightforward quote - what a refreshing experience! There was no follow up calls the decision was totally mine. I have just had the window & canopy installed & am delighted with the results.
