Within 10mins he phoned me and 15mins after that he was at my house found part of the problem spent 3 nights with getting parts and sorting my heating out and doing a gas certificate for me. As I was selling my house at exchange of contact stage. He went out of his way to come at night after a long day at work already he was very professional informing me of the different stages and progress costings etc. I would highly recommend Billy and would use him again.
