Overall we were very impressed with Cedric, Rafael and their team. Rafael was very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the refurbishment from electrics to plumbing etc and we were able to rely on his expertise and advice.
Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
I was thrilled with the work by Tiptoe. Cedric and his team were a pleasure to work with at every stage of the refurbishment, from planning the job in detail to carrying out the work. They are efficient, personable and calm, and the standard of their work is excellent. They took exceptional effort to ensure the quality of the finish, such as sourcing bricks for the external wall to match the existing Victorian stock. When complications arose along the way (e.g. having taken up the floorboards, it became evident that the foundations supporting the joists had been virtually non-existent) the team helped find solid and cost-effective solutions along the way. I moved out of the flat during the refurbishment, but felt confident leaving it in the team's hands: their communication is excellent, and I felt completely in the loop about the progress of the work. The finished bathroom is fantastic. The team take pride in their work, and have negotiated tricky work very well (e.g. tiling a very difficult and unusual tight corner space). I would definitely use Tiptoe for future jobs: they're an honest, modern, customer-focused firm who do great work.

Had the following work done: -replaced kitchen worktop - built-in wardrobe - built shelves and cabinets in living room - changed fuse box & other electricals Was very pleased with the job, it made my first experience dealing with builders a pleasant one. They were very friendly and patient, would take the time to explain and providing different options. They did not push to add more work, (which some other builders providing quotes did) which I really appreciated. I felt it was really helpful to have a project manager within the team, as Cedric would provide regular updates and be the main point of contact which made it easier for me. Overall I was really pleased with the job done and dealing with Tiptoe, and would definitely recommend them to others and also use their services again in the future.
Solid Wood Flooring
Very pleased and impressed with the quality of the workmanship. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, well organised and reliable throughout. I subsequently referred them to our neighbough for the installation of their kitchen and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, value and reliability.
