Shaun was just brilliant and rescued our very broken boiler which was actually dangerous due to a previous persons work! He returned at weekends, evenings etc to get a long and drawn out situation resolved and enabled us to have hot water when we had a houseful of people staying. I would thoroughly recommend him - he was professional, clean and very good at explaining what he was doing. We will continue to use him for our regular servicing. Excellent.
