There are no guarantees traders on any site are genuine though this site provides all traders to have a profile page that they can upload previous completed works pics and for customers to leave feedback to help build there page and give potential future customers with an oversight of there work and relieve them of any doubt that they can be trusted.
Hi Tina, Tradespeople go through a screening process (more info at rated.co.uk/screening) and agree to abide by our code of conduct before becoming a member with us. We recommend the best way to ensure you hire a genuine tradesperson is to review the ratings left by previous customers on the tradesperson quality of work, reliability and value for money. Unlike other recommendation sites, we operate a closed ratings systems where only people who've hired a tradesperson can give that specific tradesperson a rating once the job is finished.
