I have discovered a leak in the conservatory which is coming in through the vents (which are in the house wall of the conservatory). I am unsure whether it is a problem with the house roof or with the pointing (it only seems to leak when the wind is really bad and blowing against the house which makes me believe its something to do with the pointing) and just wondering if you could recommend whether I need to contact a bricklayer (repointing specialist) or a roofer?
