Hi Kate, You can view a tradesperson's contact information by logging in to your account online. Select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation and then click the job from the list. You will then be shown a list of tradespeople interested in your job and their contact details. We also add their details to your My tradespeople address book if you have download the Homes mobile app. If you are still having issues, please email support(at)ratedpeople.com and our customer care team will help you with this.
