Hi Angus, To give a rating, you'll need to log in to your account or launch the Homes mobile app and select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation. This will bring up the list of jobs you've posted through us. After that, select the job from the list and then press the ‘Rate’ button for the tradesperson who completed the work. You’ll then be asked to give the tradesperson a star rating of 1 to 5 (5 being best) on their quality of work, reliability and value for money. Thanks, Natalie Ask an expert team
