Hi Richard, If you've previously worked with the Lou you can find his info by logging into your account and going to the 'My Tradespeople' tab. If you haven't worked with Lou before our customer care team can help. You can reach them by emailing support(at)ratedpeople(dot)com, swapping out the brackets and 'at'/'dot' for the symbols.
