Cost/quote to repoint the front first floor 2bed flat. I am the centre 1st floor flat in a block of 6. The front is partial rough cast but the bay window and front door are brick work and in need of some repair. In the first instance I'm looking for quotes to have this repaired with the view to have the rear of the property repointef fully at a later date. Can costs be provided for this work or will a home visit be required? Proprty was built in 1906 and it doesn't look like any remedial work has been carried out. I suspect there is water ingres at both the window and front door.
