Replace an air brick with smart brick ( flood prevention brick).

I was hoping to get a quote to replace an air brick at the front of my property with a smart brick. I’ve had some some issues with surface water flooding. The council have made some alterations to kerbs and drains which should have resolved the issue, but I wish to take some further preemptive measures. The smart brick prevents water ingress through but alllows air flow. It is available for £73 approx. I would like a cost for the total job, including the cost of the smart brick. I can source this separately if need be, but as I am renting out the property it might make sense ( should you take the job) to have it sent to you. The air brick is accessible below the window at the front of the property. It is behind a few plants.
