The small wall that makes the bottom of the bay window at the front of the house has stepped cracks in the mortar & gaps, im told this might be wall tie failure, what sort of tradesperson would be best to assess & repair it & what sort of costs are involved. This cracking is only happening in the bay window part, the actuall walls of the house arent affected but the pointing could do with some attention in places.
