Who do I need for external wall undulation and bowing?

I've received a building survey and some of the key points to address concern the external walls.
- Investigate undulation/dipping below window, and state of lintel (support)
- Investigate bowing to rear wall, and determine whether wall ties are required
- Patch point/repair mortar joints at the front bay and stepped cracking
I'm not entirely sure who I need to contact for jobs like these - can you help me determine the type of contractor who will be best for this?
Is it a bricklayer? Is it somebody more structural?
