Hi Helen The main problem you have is conservatorys Do not need you local building control approval So the footings are not at a suitable depth and the floor , roof , and cavity insulation is not upto spec There for it may need demolishing You could ask a local surveyor to take a look he may Ask for a few holes and some test pits around the footings
