Hi Amanda This reversal of the alteration will involve your local council planning and building regulation departments Apart from the obvious the main works will be the alteration to services and plumbing and these will need to be certificated to pass councils requirements. After that the legal works to revert the property back to a single dwelling. Hope this is of some help Steve
