Hi Michael, You'll need to log into your account to do this. 1. Log in to your account online or launch the mobile app. 2. Click 'My jobs' and select the job that you want to update the rating/comment on. 3. Click the green 'Change your rating' button. 4. Select a new star rating and enter any additional comments or feedback that you have. 5. Click the 'Rate' button to submit your rating. Any updated rating or comment will be visible to other homeowners and they’ll be able to see the history of your experience, which helps make a more informed decision when choosing a tradesperson. If you have any trouble with this or you'd like to completely remove the rating previously left, you'll need to speak with our Customer care team for help.
