Would not recommend you do that as it's more than likely you will have damp in future you need 150mm 6 inch down from your damp course!

I would like the patio to be level with the internal floor level. Can I provide for a acco drain to prevent rain splash back to meet building regs. If so what are the minimum standards. Thank you.

Hi no your DPC need to be at least two courses above ground level
