Which tradesperson should I ask for given the nature of the job

The fire brigade had to force entry to the flat. As the front door would not open even with force they had to remove the door from its hinges which has damaged the brick work and plaster. There is also some superficial damage to the door which may be repairable as the door handle and lock are both intact. The door has been made temporarily secure. I am unsure if this job should be listed under builder or carpenter/ joiner as there is damage to the brick work and plaster?
