Job lead cancel by the customer

I would like a refund as the person (customer) send me a text message as would like to cancel the job Regarding husband Health problem (never had a chance to quote )

Click on report this lead on the post that u paid for and follow steps then within 3or so days they will get back to you if ur in titled to a refund
