Have they been laid properly. There is continuous cement/sand dust which could be swept all day. This powder is brought in to the house on a regular basis and has every carpet and rug destroyed There is a lot of dips, (where water accumulates.) rough patches, divider is now sticking up about an eight to a quarter of an inch, any one could trip over it. The concrete seems to have subsided on on side of it. There is also a continuous crack across the footpath. This concrete was laid in Oct. 2016. If it is possible I would be very grateful if someone to have a look at it.
