I currently I have a balcony with a step on the back of my house, the room below is showing damp through the paint and it is starting to show small cracks around the window. I think the door and step above may need to be resealed but I'm not sure. I feel the door may need replacing as it could be running into the cavity wall. I am not expert so could there be another reason?
