How much should it cost to replace two lintels?

The lintels that need replacing are on ground floor windows one to the rear and one to the front of the property. Just looking for a ball park figure as its an issue that came up on a house we are in the process of purchasing and we are looking to renegotiate the price.

Not an easy job , because you need to prop the weight above the lintel before replacing , trades would tower platform to work off , making good my gut tells me 2k Regards Mick
